James Kelly

James is Estate Foreman at The Manydown Rural Estate and has been in the job since 2016. He served in the Army as part of 29 Commando Royal Artillery Regiment and later joined the MoD police.

His job at Manydown includes day-to-day management, maintenance, and upkeep of the Manydown Rural Estate’s property, including 20 houses and cottages which are rented to tenants and 19 commercial premises, including offices, storage units and rural work spaces, plus public amenity areas.

James’ work combines carrying out hands-on maintenance and repair tasks with the coordination and oversight of contractors for larger jobs. James is also responsible for the estate’s health & safety policies and maintaining and updating the Manydown website and social media accounts.
