Peter Thomson

Peter has been a director of The Manydown Rural Estate since May 2007. Peter is an Investment Director with Rathbones Investment Management, where he leads the London and Cambridge Region. Peter draws on over 35 years’ experience in the wealth management sector as well as a wide range of specialisms within Rathbones in attending to the needs of individual clients, trusts and pension schemes he is responsible for. Peter is Chair of the Rathbones Investment Executive Committee, which oversees the governance of the investment process and areas of ongoing development.

Peter is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, a Chartered Wealth Manager and holds a BSc (Honours) in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of London.  He is also a trustee of estate, family, and charitable settlements.
